My first name is Seyed Mohammad Sadegh and last name is Movahed. My friends call me “Sadegh” .

I was born on 17 September, 1978 in Eghlid which is one of the most interesting and mountainous small town in the north of Shiraz city and in the heart of Zagros mountain range.

I finished my preliminarily studies over there and transferred to Shiraz accompanying my family when I was 14 years old. I continued my studies and finished the B.Sc. in 1999 at Shiraz University. So after, I was admitted in M.Sc. course at Sharif University of Technology. I defended my Thesis on January, 2001 and immediately was accepted in Ph.D. Course in the same University and finished on December, 2005 in the field of Complex systems and data analysis in modern Cosmology.

I married on 2002 and I have two children. The name of older child is Seyed Danial (his photo1, his photo2) and the name of younger child is Seyed Ali (his photo)
- From 2007-2011, I was an assistant professor at department of physics in Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran
- From 2007 till 2013, I was a resident research scientist at the school of astronomy - Institute for research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM), Tehran, IRAN.
- Since 3013 till now, I am a resident research scientist at the school of Physics - Institute for research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM), Tehran, IRAN.
- From 2009-2012 I was a scientific committee member of Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad.
- Since 2011 till 2022 I was associate professor at department of physics in Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran.
- Since 2022 till now I am full professor at department of physics in Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran.
- During 2011-2013 I was the boss of elite affair office of Shahid Beheshti University.
- Since 2013-2017, I was vice chair for researches and technology of Department of Physics, Shahid Beheshti University.
- From 2017 till 2020, I am a member of board directory of Physics Society of IRAN (PSI).
- From 2012 till 2022, I am a member of advisory group for International affair of Shahid Beheshti University.
- I have established a multidisciplinary lab (Ibn-Sina Lab.) at department of Physics, Shahid Beheshti University on 2015.
- From 2019 till 2023, I am general director of planning and supervision office of Deputy AYANDEH SAZAN elite national foundation.
