Our research group focuses on two main subjects; “Liquid Chromatography and related techniques” and “Mass Spectrometry and its applications”.
Development of packing materials including silica and Gel are the fundamental of our chromatography studies.
Besides design of different columns such as semi-preparative and preparative LC columns, we have made silica-based columns in order to chiral and zwitter ion stationary phases.
Furthermore, bio-molecular separation via size exclusion and affinity chromatography, based on Protein A and Lectin, is other interest of this group.
In mass spectrometry stand view, Genomics, Proteomics and Metabolomics are three potential “omics” technologies that absorbed world’s attention.
