Here is a list of computer programs that I have developed as part of my researches. All my software is open-source and freely available either under GPL (GNU General Public License) or under LGPL (GNU Lesser General Public License).
Copyright notes and terms of the exact type of license for each program are included in the program package.

Computational problems on Haplotypes
- GPMAP — An implimentation of Global Haplotype Partitioning for Maximal Associated SNP Pairs in HaploView.
- GAhap — A genetic algorithm for haplotype inference by maximum parsimony.

Sequence Analysis
- HMMpack — A C++ implimentation of Hidden Markov Model algorithms.
- GAlign — My first Bioinformatic trial: optimal sequence alignment on pairs of sequences.

UncOptim — An object-oriented C++ library for unconstrained optimization including Secant methods (DFP, BFGS) and Conjugate Gradient methods, and several line search algorithms.

— Simulation the Ising model on arbitrary lattices using a C++ implementation of Metropolis and Wolff algorithms.
