In regard to finding treatment strategies for managing the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, nanoparticle vaccines are currently the most effective vaccines against this virus. Ferritin-based vaccines such as ferritin-RBD vaccines in SARS-CoV-2 cause not only a stable antibody response but also a long-term response in the body. However, the atomistic structural mechanism of this complex is not well understood. In this study, we use molecular modeling to build up the model of the SARS-CoV-2 RBD-ferritin nanoparticle complex for the first time. Aiming to improve the effectiveness of the current vaccines.
