Dr. Mohammadreza Khani
Assistant Professor
I specialize in applying plasma science to surface engineering, chemical reactions, medical applications, the food industry, polymers and textiles, and the environment to design, develop, and analyze processes. I have extensive experience in project management, manufacturing, data acquisition, data analysis, development, problem-solving processes, and launching new investments in plasma equipment from the laboratory to the industrial sector. I have good knowledge of communicating with students, defining purposeful dissertations, guiding, mentoring, advocating, supporting innovative ideas, and connecting with industry as an assistant professor. Theoretically and experimentally, I have a deep knowledge of plasma technology for hot and cold plasma at atmospheric and low pressure. I have a history of designing, manufacturing, and using various plasma systems in laboratory and industrial dimensions for multiple applications. (e.g., dielectric barrier discharge, plasma jet, plasma torch, plasma cleaner, plasma deposition layer, high-temperature plasma burners, ozone generator, plasma air purification equipment, spark, corona, MW Plasma, radiofrequency discharge).
