VLSI Design

Course Description

The course covers theory and techniques of VLSI design, modern VLSI processes and new challenges in this era. Topics include: MOS theory, VLSI manufacturing process, layout design, layout analysis, VLSI sub-system design and VLSI testing. The course is project-based and students should spend enough time out of the class for exercises and projects (at least 8 hr/week).
