Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation Center launched at Institute of Science and Technology Studies of Shahid Beheshti University
The Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation Center were launched at the Institute of Science and Technology Studies of Shahid Beheshti University.
Jamileh Alamolhoda said in the opening ceremony of this Innovation Center, which was held on Saturday morning in this university: “The launch of the Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation Center of Shahid Beheshti University will be effective in the status of humanities in the country.”
She added: “This innovation center should serve academics and humanity and be a source of goodness and blessing for Islamic Iran.”
Stating that the focus of this innovation center will be on family issues, dean of Shahid Beheshti University’s Institute for Science and Technology Studies said: “There have been good plans on the issues of social services, women and youth, and we are looking to implement them in the center.”
Alamohoda said: “Currently, some of the needs of the country have not been answered, and the high capacity of this innovation center should be used to respond to the needs of the society. We should see a fundamental change in the country in matters of family and education.”
She pointed out: “We know that we are under sanctions and there are restrictions on the budget of science and technology, but we hope that the relevant authorities, such as the presidential deputy for science and technology, will support this innovation center.”
