The meeting “Analysis of Technology Education Issues in Iran” was held with the presence of Dr. Alamolhoda. Among the topics discussed in this one-day meeting were the analysis of the current situation of education in Iran, the conceptual analysis of technology education, the analysis of approaches in technology education and the presentation of an appropriate approach, the examination of the progress and delay in science education, and technology education and the review of technology education from the perspective of values.
Dr. Tehranchi, university president, Dr. Zarafshan, deputy minister of secondary education of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Sadri, advisor to the minister of education, Dr. Navid, secretary of the Supreme Council of the Ministry of Education, and Dr. Ghazizadeh, head of the Power Research Institute, were among the speakers of this meeting.
